Agriculture is booming, and ALTSA is at the heart of it all.ALTSA: Quality ManagerDue to growing demand, we have a vacancy for a Quality Manager.About the roleReporting to the General Manager, your duties would include but not be limited to:NATABecome the resident expert on all things NATA, TGA, and SafetyMaintaining existing accreditations for the site and specific testsDrive compliance and achieve NATA accreditation for additional tests targeted by the GMCoordinate NATA/TGA/safety trainingQuality & Safety SystemsCollaborate with Lab Managers to ensure a consistent approach across all labs (e.g., CofAs, staff training, calibration verifications, validations)Plan, train, and coordinate internal audits, management reviews, incident reports, and continual improvement across all labsStay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in laboratory quality management & legal compliance for quality/safety/TGA/NATAInvestigate and address any issues or complaints related to the quality of laboratory servicesLIMS systemDevelop & overview the entire system in coordination with the IT & Business Systems OfficerCoordinate rollout of the system for every lab in collaboration with Lab ManagersMonitor training and actively address problemsDrive improvement & achieve full implementation of Online Sample Request System in all labs and train customers in its useContribute to and investigate potential new testsDevelop and implement new testsContinuously improve processes, efficiency, and seek cost savingsBenefits and perksRemuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience and qualifications.Skills and experienceTo be successful in this role, you must have:Ideally a science degree or similar (not essential)NATA training and internal auditor trainingExperience in a similar role ensuring NATA complianceCommercial laboratory or NATA lab experienceLIMS experience or similarInternal audits experienceProject management skillsAbility to collaborate and influence others to drive system consistencyWell regarded:Bachelor of ChemistryExperience in a commercial lab environmentExperience in agriculture or environmental industriesUnlock job insightsSalary match, number of applicants, skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Years of experience in training & developmentRight to work in AustraliaYears as a Quality ManagerYears of project management experienceYears of auditing experienceInclude any other relevant details that prompted reporting this ad as fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
