This senior leadership reports to the Head of Specialty Solutions Australia with enterprise-wide leadership impact across all parts of Aon Australia and other Aon Regions (Pacific, APAC, Global).Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, w e are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeYou are responsible for the overall growth of the Cyber practice in Australia incorporating new client acquisition, growth of existing clients, and identifying organic and inorganic growth opportunities across the segments.Key responsibilities will include:Take ownership of the Cyber Insurance and Cyber Risk consulting services pipelineLead and manage the conversion of identified new business targets for cyber insurance and consultingPrepare and present proposals to clients for risk consulting and/or insuranceOwn the Cyber content in tender proposals and participate in tender pitchesEngage with insurers around maximising their offering and contribute to incident response panelDeliver insurance risk transfer solutions to clients through strong insurer connectivity and broker negotiationsLead the team to execute and manage Cyber Risk consulting services including cyber incident readiness assessments, threat simulations, resilience evaluations and/or risk profilingWork with key stakeholders to ensure that they and their clients/prospective clients are aware of their Cyber risk exposures and the value of Aons offerings in helping to protect organisationsPromote and deliver to clients Aons Cyber Risk Analyser and other data and analytics toolsDrive operational efficiencies and support digital transformation initiatives through data utilisation and innovation including the use of Aon digital tools (AI, Analysers) to optimise strategic and client outcomes.Skills and experience that will lead to successExperience at engaging with senior executives and developing relationships with the media and clientsExcellent written and oral communication skills, with the highest standard of presentationStrong time management skills and proven experience working in a high-pressure professional environmentStrong work ethic and ability to work in team environmentEngaging and enthusiastic personal styleIn-depth knowledge and experience (including Tertiary qualifications) working within the Cyber risk space; whether this has arisen from an IT security, legal, fraud, risk accounting or compliance backgroundExposure to P&L managementConfident in presenting to Boards and ''C'' suite executives on Cyber resilience and risk prevention strategies.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
