Reporting directly to the Principal and working collaboratively with the Deputy Principal and broader Executive Team, the Head of Senior School will lead the Senior School leadership team to deliver excellence in academic and co-curricular programs while fostering a supportive, values-based environment where students and staff can thrive.As the College continues to flourish, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the Senior School (Years 7-12) with clarity, care and vision. The Head of Senior School will oversee student learning and wellbeing, staff leadership and operational management, working closely with the Principal, Deputy Principal and Senior Executive Team to ensure a culture of excellence, belonging and Christian character.
