Someone ready to guide a business that already has so much heart.About the Role This is a true General Manager role for someone who leads with clarity and warmth. Youll be across the full guest journey from first enquiry to check-out and everything in between.Youll manage daily operations, support a dedicated team across departments, and help make sure the small details that matter so much dont slip through the cracks.The structure is strong and the systems are in place. Your role is to keep things consistent, gently refine where needed, and bring your own sense of calm, practical leadership to the team and guest experience.Youll also help oversee tactical marketing and promotions, support mid-week growth strategies, and keep an eye on occupancy.
