Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and based in Sydney, this role focuses on generating new business opportunities and guiding them from outreach to proposal, helping us reach our annual target.What youll do:Conduct warm and cold outreach to potential new enterprise clients & new verticals.Represent AXi at conferences, networking events, and meetingsBuild trust and rapport with key stakeholdersRun discovery sessions to understand client needs and challengesScope, write and present tenders and proposals that align with client outcomesCollaborate closely with the wider AXi team to deliver tailored & non tailored solutionsWhat youll bring:A personable, genuine, and enthusiastic approach to salesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience in enterprise sales, preferably in education, tech or digital servicesA self-starter attitude and love for fast-paced environmentsConfidence in managing end-to-end business developmentWHY JOIN US?We work fast, care deeply, and laugh often.
