As a Claims Specialist, youll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by answer ing provider enquiries via phone and email and supporting a wide range of claim types; Ancillary, Medical, and Hospital, across all business lines. You also bring:Minimum 1 year of claims experience, ideally within private health insurance.High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work remotely and autonomously.Previous experience resolving customer issues across multiple communication channels (e.g. phone, email) and a strong focus of delivering superior customer service.We know some people only apply when they meet every requirement.
