Proven experience leading high-performing teams in multi-channel marketing environments (tourism, entertainment, or attractions a plus). Success in brand strategy, digital marketing, eCommerce, and customer acquisition. Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills. Commercial and analytical mindset with a track record of translating insights into results. Skilled at balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. Deep understanding of CRM, customer journey mapping, and data analytics.
