This Executive Officer position provides executive level administrative support to the Command/Business Unit and the coordination and completion of administrative procedures including but not limited to Records Management System (RMS), Command Management Framework (CMF) & Government Archiving. Advice, Guidance and Training to General Administration Support Officers and Administration of GIPAS, Subpoenas, Ministerials, Medals & Awards and Secondary Employment.The South Coast PD covers a large geographical area from Berry in the North to Eden in the South and the suitable applicant must hold a current drivers licence.This role is part-time, working 14 hours per week.
