They drive digital transformation across industries with a strong focus on trust, growth, and customer success.Securitas NSW is looking for an experienced and skilled Security Officer to provide exceptional service to this client site in Sydney CBD. Successful applicants will play an important role in ensuring clients'' data integrity, visitor management and asset protection.Job Location :Sydney CBDShift Timings : Rotational Day and Night shifts 4 on 4 offPlease note :RSA Certificate is mandatory for this role.Perform static and roving duties to secure the Client''s Corporate office space and its critical infrastructureMonitor CCTV system and manage access controlRespond to alarms in compliance with global guidelines and escalate security breaches/violations to the SupervisorProvide basic First Aid, respond to other incidents onsite and escalate accordingly to clients'' stakeholdersEnforce Clients badging and access control policiesPerform daily security operations duties as planned by the site Security Supervisor.Participate in scheduled safety and security exercises (e.g. Fire Drill and Security Intrusion Exercises)Maintain a friendly demeanor and collaborative working relationships with multiple cross-functional teams and business stakeholders including, but not limited to, IT, Global Real Estate Facilities, Human Resources, Legal etc.Current NSW Security LicenseStrong ability to adapt and adjust quickly to a variety of situations, making well-informed decisions with minimum supervision.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Must have a working command of the English language (both verbal & written)Good IT knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, Word ,OutlookStrong passion for customer satisfaction and sense of ownership.Benefits and perksCareer growth opportunities within a global companyAccess to Securitas rewardsProfessional uniform providedAt Securitas, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
