We will offer you the tools, training and support needed in your new role.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesManaging the performance and success of your centreManagement of daily operations, budgets, wages, rostering, occupancyLead, coach, develop and support the professional development of your teamDeveloping strong relationships with families and the communityMaintain compliance with all relevant regulationsAdvocating for the rights of every child within your centreImplementation and evaluation of quality programs that support the development of all children.About you?You are an experienced leader within the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, with a passion for shaping young lives and empowering future leaders, you''ll thrive in a supportive environment that values your expertise and ideas.Key RequirementsPrevious experience working in a leadership roleDemonstrated commitment to providing a safe, caring and supportive environment for all children and their familiesDemonstrated ability to adhere to the ECA code of Ethics and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the ChildDemonstrated understanding of appropriate behaviours while engaging with childrenACECQA-approved Diploma in Childrens Services or bachelors degree (Early Education)Current Valid Working with Children CheckCurrent First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis CertificateWhat We OfferOur people are at the heart of our success and in shaping our childrens future.
