Interleasing is the only provider of its kind in Australia that offers a unique mix of vehicle leasing and management services, supported by business and systems expertise in salary packaging and FBT management.We have an opportunity for a Relationship Officer within our Interleasing asset management business. In this role, you will support the activities of the Customer Relationship team to build long-term, effective relationships with customer representatives, aiming to achieve business objectives and deliver superior customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to requests from Customers and Relationship Managers regarding all administrative tasks related to fleet management and business growth.Create and provide vehicle quotes to customers, sourcing vehicles and pricing that deliver the best value.Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity on expectations, customer satisfaction, and progress updates.Ensure administrative tasks comply with business policies, e.g., vehicle registration, credit requirements.Proactively manage lease expiry and replacement processes, ensuring contracts are linked appropriately.Update contracts with accurate and relevant information.Run order reports and follow up with the orders & delivery team.Engage with customers to understand their fleet requirements, anticipate needs, and assist the Sales team in business growth.To be successful in this position, you will have:At least 2 years of customer service experience in a customer-facing role.Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, database management, and MS Office products.High keyboard accuracy and attention to detail.Experience in data entry and administrative work involving numbers and detailed information.Strong professional oral and written communication skills.Problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.What we can offer you:Novated leasing benefits and discounts.12 weeks paid parental leave and access to our Parents Portal.Comprehensive learning and development opportunities.Sonder digital wellbeing platform, providing 24/7 personalized support, plus annual flu vaccinations.Default Income Protection Insurance reimbursed for members of the MMS Default Super Fund.Exempt Employee Share Plan.We value Everyone Matters and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that respects and values all differences.We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, those caring for someone or living with a disability, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and culturally diverse applicants.We embrace hybrid working and are open to discussing flexibility options.Please note that all successful candidates will undergo background checks, including criminal history and ASIC checks, and an NDIS Workers Screening Check if appropriate.
