Picton, New South WalesFull-timeDescriptionSenior Project CoordinatorPicton locationPermanent Full-TimeSalary from $126,159 + 12% Superannuation + Leaseback35-hour week with flex-time system and hybrid working arrangementsAbout The OpportunityAs the Senior Project Coordinator within Project Delivery, you will manage the delivery of one or more road, building and open space projects whilst working collaboratively with all stakeholders. You will be able to identify and respond quickly to customer needs, you will facilitate the delivery of projects from implementation to closeout whilst demonstrating flexibility and leadership. You will provide a wide range of project management services required to deliver including the management of design consultants and construction contractors ensuring that time, cost, quality, safety and environmental targets are met.To succeed in this position, you will meet the following criteria:Relevant qualifications in project Management, Engineering., Architecture, Building or construction or related disciplineExtensive experience in project management, project delivery and contract management for civil and/or building projects and the management of consultants and contractors on projects at the $5 - $10 million range.Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.Ability to identify and document a project program and identify milestonesAbility to develop project plans and consultExperienced with design development and field delivery and able to identify issues, resolve quickly and escalate as required.Ability to forecast cash flow requirements of a project and identify budget shortfall and remedy.Ability to effectively communicate to project stakeholdersWhat We Can Offer YouLocated on Sydneys southern fringe, Wollondilly Shire Council spans 2,560 km of natural bushland, scenic waterways, and vibrant, welcoming communities.Delivering exceptional, high-performing services to our community is fundamental in what we do.
