We offer resort-style living for over 55s, nestled within peaceful surroundings and conveniently located close to the town centre.About The RoleWe are currently recruiting a Community Manager to join our beautiful Woolgoolga lifestyle community. The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Community including resident satisfaction, financial and people management, enhancing site assets, as well as supporting the Sales Team in the sales of the Community.ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging community events, foster strong relationships with residents and stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.Oversee the day-to-day presentation, maintenance, and compliance of the Community, ensuring high-quality services and a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff, contractors, and visitors.Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure workforce planning and performance management, and maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety standards through regular audits and risk assessments.Collaborate with Sales and Development teams to support home sales, resident interviews, and occupancy levels.Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resident records while ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, lease documentation, and industry codes of practice.About YouHold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate, and a valid C class drivers licence.Experience in a similar role, with leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent administrative and financial management abilities, with the capacity to work independently and maintain high standards of documentation and compliance.Comfortable with occasional manual tasks such as lifting, cleaning, gardening, and using maintenance or kitchen equipment.Maintain a safe work environment and contribute positively to a collaborative and resident-focused team culture.Culture and BenefitsIn return, we offer a competitive package, flexibility (including working from home for some roles), extensive training and development, career progression and generous reward and recognition programs including some amazing discounts at our Holiday Parks... so come join the team and apply now!
