Permanent Full TimeSalary: $66,343 - $74,571 gross p.a. plus 11.5% Super35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitimeLocated at the Bomaderry Works DepotApplications close Tuesday 26 August 2025About the RoleThis position is responsible for providing efficient and proactive administrative support and customer experience to support our Mechanical and Fleet Services team. Responsibilities include:Provide high-level secretarial and administrative supportCoordinate bookings, workshop schedules, and breakdown responsesProcess purchase orders, invoices, and credit card reconciliationsLiaise with suppliers and contractors for services and stockMaintain accurate records and support multiple workshop locationsPlease refer to the Job Description under the Job Attachments for a comprehensive list of duties, responsibilities and skills required.About YouWe are looking for someone who is organised, passionate about providing great customer service, a champion of continuous improvement and can keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.To be successful in the position, you will have:Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experienceClass C Driver''s LicenceStrong communication and computer skillsAbility to manage deadlines and multitask in a busy team environmentHow to ApplyTo submit an application, click Apply and complete each step of the application.
