We are seeking a specialist who can translate those insights into strong commercial opportunities across the advertising ecosystemagencies, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs/CDPs, retail media networks and measurement partners.Reporting LineReports to: Director, Business Development Data Solutions, IDS (Sydney)Scope: Owns all commercial activity for Visas advertising-focused data, audience and measurement products in Australia & New Zealand.Role PurposeMonetise Visas deterministic, privacy-safe data within the media buying supply chain.Build the partner landscape, pricing models and go-to-market tactics that make Visa a ''must-have'' data signal for programmatic traders and ad-tech platforms.Operate as the in-market lead for advertising data deals while collaborating with global product, data science, privacy and legal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets for data, audience and measurement products.Own end-to-end deal cycles: prospecting, solution design, pricing, contracting and renewal.Negotiate multi-year commercial terms including minimum guarantees, volume rebates and hybrid CPM/CPA models.Map and prioritise ANZ opportunities across agency holding groups, independents, in-house trading teams, publishers, media networks, DSPs and measurement vendors.Represent Visa IDS on industry panels, at industry events and in key trade publications.Product & Partner EnablementTranslate buyer feedback into product requirementsaudience taxonomies, clean-room integrations, curation layers, incrementality/attribution outputs.Lead technical integrations with DSPs, SSPs, CDPs and measurement platforms to ensure Visa data is frictionless to activate and easy to measure.Build proof-of-performance studies that quantify lift in ROAS, incremental spend and path-to-purchase acceleration.Internal Influence & CollaborationRun disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and KPI reporting to inform investment decisions.Partner daily with data science, privacy, legal, finance, marketing and global product teams.Act as a ''player-coach,'' driving revenue personally while laying the groundwork for future hires (sales, solutions engineering, partner success).Success MeasuresRevenue attainment vs. plan (quarterly/annual).Number and value of signed Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and platform integrations.Time-to-live for new partnerships and incremental campaigns.Advertiser/agency satisfaction scores and renewal rates.Internal stakeholder NPS (visibility, forecasting accuracy, collaboration).Ready to turn the worlds most trusted transaction data into advertisings most valuable signal?Apply now and help Visa Intelligence & Data Solutions redefine media performance in Australiaand beyond.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications812 years quota-carrying experience in media sales, audience/data monetisation, programmatic trading or ad-tech partnerships.Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar deals with agencies, DSPs/SSPs, DMPs/CDPs or large publishers.Deep operational knowledge of programmatic ecosystems: data onboarding, ID resolution, clean rooms, SPO/PMP, curation, attribution, privacy.Senior-level network across Australian agency holding groups, independents, DSP/SSP commercial teams and measurement vendors.Strong commercial acumenable to build pricing models, manage P&L impact and negotiate favourable terms for Visa.Exceptional communication and storytelling skills - comfortable with CIOs, Trading Directors, privacy/legal counsel and CTOs alike.Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ''build mode,'' operates autonomously, adapts quickly.Preferred QualificationsExperience commercialising deterministic datasets (payments, retail, telco, loyalty) or working within retail media.Exposure to APAC markets beyond Australia (New Zealand, SEA, Japan, India, etc.).Bachelors degree in Business, Media, Advertising Technology or related discipline.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
