The Alliance comprises of Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), Metro Trains Melbourne, KBR, and John Holland.NWPA was established in 2017 and has delivered on approximately $3B of transport infrastructure projects for The State and community. Based on our success, LXRP have recently awarded NWPA a 5-year extension to our partnership providing us a strong, clear pipeline of transport opportunities through Melbourne till 2027.With the significant demand present within the Victoria transport sector, a move to NWPA & KBR is an exciting step in your career. Initially we are looking for enthusiastic and delivery focused individuals to help deliver NWPA projects and keep Victoria moving. During this exciting growth period we have an opportunity for a CSR Engineer to join our team. As the ideal candidate you will have experience delivering civil infrastructure projects within the transport sector.The role has a wide variety of responsibilities including working with the broader project teams to develop and delivery on design solutions under the supervision of the project Design Manager.At this level, you will liaise directly with the Design Manager and Client to provide prepare proposals, status updates and information.What You Will Need To SucceedThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent) with CSR experience in infrastructure projects working and ideally within a multi-disciplinary environment along with the followingHave strong knowledge in CSR design and working knowledge of MTM, ARTC and VicTrack standardsExperience and knowledge in design software such as 12d, OpenRoads SUDA and MicroStation to develop CSR designsAbility to work within a multi-disciplinary team with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary coordinationStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, experience working directly with clients would be idealWhat do KBR offer?We are committed to social and environmental sustainability and delivering projects with a digital mindset that drives innovation within our business, for our customers and stakeholders.Our people blend seamlessly into customer teams to help create a positive impact on the communities and environments they seek to improve.
