In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes on a variety of residential projects. You must be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.Remuneration:Relocation bonus for moving expenses: up to $2000.00Annual salary between $77,460 and $88,525 (inclusive ofsuperannuation) dependent on experience.Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks/holes, and primingApply paint, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayersWork with interior and exterior surfacesEnsure all work meets company standards and client expectationsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all OH&S guidelines---What Were Looking ForEssential Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 3 years of professional painting experienceTrade Qualification in Painting and Decorating (Certificate III or equivalent)Strong knowledge of painting tools, materials, and surface prep techniquesExcellent attention to detail and quality workmanshipAbility to read plans and follow specificationsReliable transport and valid drivers licenseStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work independently or as part of a teamExperience with restoration or heritage work is not essential, but is highly desirable.
