(4 days per week will be considered for the right candidate)In this role, you will be responsible for working with a diverse client base. The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment with benefits such as learning & development opportunities, work life balance and a favourable remuneration package will be provided. In this busy role use of your strong client service and administrative skills will be vital.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting solicitors with day-to-day management of client filesSummarising/organising client records.Administration flow and workload management across the office;Follow operator instructions to arrange opening and closing of files;Draft advanced correspondence;Arrange and manage appointments, together with executive assistant type tasks; andVarious administration tasks including incoming enquiries, liaising with courts and other professionals, preparing bills and producing detailed file notes.Key Selection CriteriaExperience in a Legal Assistant role is preferrable;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on maintaining strong relationships with clients;Exceptional written and verbal communication with a diverse client group with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and with empathy;Being a self-starter with a pro-active can- do attitude with high attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining quality;The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team;Confidence in fast paced environments with tenacity to meet deadlines;A strong understanding of court processes; andProficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Angela Sdrinis Legal is a diverse and inclusive workplace and actively working to create a strong and inclusive culture.So, if you think you are the most suitable candidate for this role, we strongly encourage you to apply for this position.
