With year-round sunshine, great facilities, and a friendly atmosphere, its the perfect place to work while enjoying everything Noosa has to offer.About the PositionWere looking for a dynamic team member to join us at our beautiful Noosa Holiday Park, supporting both Guest Experience and Housekeeping.This role is all about putting the guest at the centre of everything you do; from delivering warm, genuine service at reception to helping create clean, comfortable spaces that make holidays memorable.This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional guest service, including check-ins, check-outs, and local area guidance.Manage reservations, promote Ingenia destinations, and handle kiosk/shop stock.Drive sales through upselling, guest engagement, and adherence to service standards.Coordinate and run holiday activities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest participation.Support housekeeping and maintain accurate records for activities and guest interactions.About YouFriendly, warm, customer-focused team player with a proactive attitude.Holds a valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Computer literacy and confident decision-making.Culture and BenefitsIn return, we offer a competitive package, flexibility (including working from home for some roles), extensive training and development, career progression and generous reward and recognition programs including some amazing discounts at our Holiday Parks... so come join the team and apply now!
