This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic company with a strong pipeline of future projects. They pride themselves on the quality of their work and are looking for someone passionate to join their close knit team.As the Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for:Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesWork closely with the procurement teamEngage with all internal project stakeholdersProgress claim assistance and external variationsReview, negotiation and finalisation of subcontractsManagement and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimAdministration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsTo be considered for the position of Contracts Administrator you will require:Previous experience working as a CA or Senior CA on commercial or multi-res projectsExperience of working on projects of at least $50M in valueWilling to support and train junior CAsStrong attention to detail and proven communication skillsPrevious experience managing sub-contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administrationStrong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub-contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirementsFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Emily Godward on 0423 923 628 or click apply.
