This is your chance to step into a landmark high-end residential role that will set the benchmark for quality and design. Youll lead the delivery of complex architectural builds, collaborating with an experienced Director and a capable delivery team while shaping the process from the ground up.These projects demand strong buildability expertise, client focus and technical knowledge. Youll work closely with clients and architects, supported by a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, Site Manager and labour team, ensuring every stage is delivered to the highest standard.This is a small, elite team that takes pride in building the right way. They set high standards, and they exceed them. Youll be surrounded by sharp operators who work hard, take ownership, and want to see you succeed. If youre someone who lives and breathes construction, this is the right fit. If not, this wont be for you.To be considered, youll need a minimum of five years as a PM locally, delivering high-end residential projects over $5 million or technically complex builds in the commercial or multi-residential sector.
