General Practitioner Positions available across Stawell or Horsham2 x full-time positions availableAbout The RoleGrampians Health is seeking suitably qualified GPs to work in either of our general practices (Stawell Medical Centre or Read Street Medical Clinic Horsham).The practice provides a wide range of general practice services as well as servicing 2 local nursing homes.
