The role will work closely with our MD and senior executives across the region and our UK-parent company.Your key activities in this role will be:-Programme leadership; lead the end-to-end integration process from pre-close planning through to completion, developing and executing integration strategies and project timelinesStakeholder management; build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders providing regular communication on progressFunctional integration; oversee the implementation of integration plans across functions areas ensuring alignment with best practices and organisation standardsChange management; develop and implement strategies that ensure the smooth transition to integration and changesRisk management; identify potential risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate themWhat are we looking for?Were on the hunt for an individual with a natural flair for collaboration and communication, passionate and resilient and who brings a positive attitude to work each day.Proven experience managing M&A integration projects (preferably in an SME or mid-size business) including a technical integration skillsetStrong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives to successful completionConfident communicator who can build trust and strong relationships to influence stakeholdersStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and identify trendsNext steps?Hit the Apply button with your updated CV.
