Leader Earthworks is currently seeking multiple skilled operators for a wide range of jobs on the east coast.Positions available:Excavator operator / final trimPosi track operator / grader blade uts / GPSAbout the roleWe are seeking exceptional operators with a high level of skill and knowledge for operating heavy machinery to join our team. Reporting to the operations coordinator, your key responsibilities will include operating the relevant piece of plant on the project/work site as instructed. This will be a casual position with the opportunity to gain full-time employment.To be successful, you must have:Current unrestricted driver''s licenseWHS General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card/Blue Card)Relevant RII tickets (must be less than 10 years old or willing to complete VOC to update the required minimum date of ticket prior to starting)Previous experience working in civil constructionAbility to work as part of a team and autonomously, trustworthy, hard-working, and take pride in your workPrevious experience with GPS machine control is helpful, with a willingness to learn moreWhat we can offerThe opportunity to join a rapidly growing team in the civil and mining industryAn immediate startLong-term employmentAbove award wagesImportant notesAt this time, Leader Civil and Mining is unable to offer sponsorship.
