We live in the details of our billing system: spotting issues, fixing them fast, and putting measures in place to stop them from happening again.This is a hands-on role in a small, supportive team that thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering measurable results.This is a 6m fixed term contract role with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm.Operations Specialist ResponsibilitiesReview, correct, and release customer bills to ensure accurate and timely invoicingManage exceptions in the collections cycle to maintain compliance and effective processesOversee the dunning queue to ensure timely follow-up on overdue accountsConduct disconnection calls and manage related activitiesProcess customer credits and concessions accurately and promptlyContact customers to collect payments and establish payment plans where requiredSupport additional BAU operations activities to meet business needAt Amber, we want to hire self-starters who are eager to learn and are comfortable working in a changing environment.
