This role focuses on breakfast service and function catering, requiring someone who thrives in early starts, maintains high standards, and is confident working independently. Execute function and event catering, including setup, service, and pack-down. Assist with other service periods at both Hotel Alba and The Terrace Hotel. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment in line with food safety standards. Work independently during solo shifts and collaborate with the kitchen team as needed. Attend to guest needs promptly and effectively. Demonstrate comprehensive recipe knowledge for all menu items. Monitor food quality, portion control, and storage standards. Complete responsibilities timely and follow all recipes and standards. Maintain personal grooming standards and a harmonious team relationship. Ensure food safety, workplace health and safety guidelines, and equipment maintenance are followed. Attend scheduled meetings and perform additional duties as directed by the Executive/Head Chef.
