You''ll partner with Business Management, Media Partnerships, Trading, and the Centre of Excellence to drive operational excellence and future-ready solutions.Your Responsibilities:Be the senior lead across Paid Media for both accounts and lead a team of high performing digital specialistsEnsure clients receive a streamlined and coordinated digital strategy (and product) by working closely with the Business Management team.Lead your team, encouraging them to develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers to deliver the best possible outcomes.Cultivate strong relationships, know when to take the conversation up a level and drill down into the detail of the work that is being delivered by your team.Apply a thinker mindset to unearth strategic opportunity when speaking to clients and prospects.Your Expertise:Proven experience in a leadership role across digital activationStrong knowledge and understanding of paid search, paid social and programmaticProven experience managing and mentoring a small teamExceptional client management skills and experience in a client facing roleTools experience across Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube Advertising, DV360 or SizmekProven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced presentation skills and storytelling ability to both technical and non-technical audiencesWant to be a part of the team?
