This is an excellent opportunity for a proven recruiter to step into a values-driven, team-focused environment and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes in the blue-collar recruitment space.What We OfferA values and relationship-driven businessA collaborative, team-focused environmentFlexible working arrangements (office + remote)Generous base salary with attractive commission structureOffice located in SubiacoWork ArrangementsExpected to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during the probation periodFlexibility to work remotely on other daysWhat Were Looking ForWe are ideally seeking a professional with 5+ years of recruitment experience within the Australian market, with proven expertise in:Blue-collar recruitment, particularly within the manufacturing and/or mining industriesStrong networks and understanding of the labour hire and temporary workforce marketKey ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment: advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and due diligenceCoordinating candidate registration, onboarding, and induction processesManaging and maintaining the candidate databaseGeneral administration and complianceDelivering outstanding client and candidate service in a fast-paced, competitive environment(Note: Business development activities are not required during the probation period your focus will be on successfully filling roles for our existing client base.)Skills & QualitiesTo thrive in this role, you will demonstrate:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressureProblem-solving skills and initiativeA collaborative mindset while being able to work independentlyAbout YouYou are dedicated, reliable, and driven, with proven experience recruiting blue-collar professionals in manufacturing and/or mining.
