Youll be both on the floor and behind the scenes.This is a full-time role on a 5-day roster, including some weekends, evenings and public holidays (7-day roster applies DecemberJanuary).Criteria:Proven experience in a similar operations, venue or restaurant management roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train and motivate staffSolid financial management skills reporting, cost control, hitting targetsExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilityA hands-on approach with strong attention to detailWine knowledge or formal training (eg WSET) is highly regarded but not essentialResponsibilities include:Running day-to-day restaurant operations with a hands-on approachLeading and developing the front-of-house teamDriving exceptional service standards and guest satisfactionPartnering with the Head Chef to deliver a first-class restaurant experienceReporting on financial performance, quality, and customer feedbackManaging booking software systemsRecruiting, training and (when required) performance managing staffBuilding strong relationships with suppliers, partners and internal teamsCompetitive salary based on experienceA supportive work environment that values work-life balanceWorking with a team of professionals in a fun, creative teamOpportunities for professional growthDaylight-focussed rosterPlease submit your resume and a cover letter via [email protected] Restaurant is an equal opportunity employer.
