This means well be supporting more people than ever to access meaningful employment and build lasting careers and were growing our team to help make it happen.Leading the team across the Central Coast Employment Service Area (ESA), as a Team Leader youll play a hands-on role in guiding and supporting the team to deliver person-centered support, helping clients build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful sustainable work. Working closely with employers, youll strengthen partnerships that create real opportunities for inclusive employment. This role is all about coaching your team to achieve outcomes, driving performance, and making a genuine difference in peoples lives.Key Responsibilities IncludeWorking under the guidance of the ESAs Service Manager, mentor and support a high-performing team, driving results and fostering growth.Ensure the ongoing development of your team to build a deeper understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.Translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalised support.Build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.Champion Breakthrus values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.About You..Youre a confident leader with a passion for mentoring others and driving performance. With a strong understanding of employment services and program guidelines, youre skilled at mentoring others to provide a high-quality service that meet performance targets.You build genuine relationships with your team, clients and employers alike, guiding individuals into meaningful work through empathy, trust, and tailored support.
