The Role Reporting into the National Facilities Manager, you will be highly responsible for supporting the office with administration tasks such as reception, mail room, couriers, deliveries and other administration tasks as required. Your day to day duties will include: Greet visitors and answer phones in a welcoming manner Sort and distribute mail for relevant departments Manage general deliveries for the entire office Assist with loading dock operations Consign parcels interstate and overseas using online platform Coordinate couriers for dispatches and deliveries Allocate incoming goods to relevant departments Liaising with internal departments regarding mail collection Providing general administrative support across the office Qualifications The successful candidate will require the following: Proven experience working in an administration role which incorporates reception and mail room within a fast paced environment A self-starter and strong organisational skills Intermediate to advanced MS Office and tech savvy The ability to problem solve and create solutions Enthusiasm and a professional can-do attitude If you have what it takes, please apply now.
