It is a fast paced, high energy team, where no two days are the same. This role provides day to day supervision to a payroll team, working with the Team Leader and Manager to ensure efficient and accurate processing of payroll related transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of payroll officers, ensuring quality service to customers to support efficient payroll processing.Manage the day-to-day workload of your payroll team to ensure completion of tasks within agreed timeframes.Provide support and advice on complex requestsAbout You:Experience in payroll processing in SAP, working in a shared services transactional environmentExperience leading a payroll team, with a demonstrated ability to manage high work volumes during peak timesAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and on the phoneUnderstanding on NSW Government payroll awards and legislationWhat we need from youAn up-to-date CV (max 5 pages) and a cover letter (max 2 pages) outlining how your knowledge, skills and experience are aligned to the role.Please note that assessments will be conducted for this role.
