Our Administration team plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes-supporting staff, managing systems, and ensuring we stay on top of our compliance and funding obligations.ABOUT THE ROLE:You''ll work closely with the Corporate Services Manager and contribute to everything from accounts processing and payroll to onboarding staff and ensuring our records and policies are kept up to date. It''s a busy, varied role that suits someone who enjoys being organised and supporting others.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide general admin support including responding to emails, answering phones, checking mail, and managing suppliesAssist with accounts payable, payroll processing, and financial reconciliationCoordinate onboarding, inductions, compliance checks and training records for staffSupport HR processes including advertising, interviews and maintaining staff filesManage and maintain key systems (e.g. XERO, DEXT, Employment Hero, SharePoint, SmartSheetEnsure timely and accurate compliance reporting and policy reviewsOrganise funding claims, monitor contract documentation and support grant managementLiaise with IT support, coordinate tech onboarding for new staff and manage data accessEvent coordination and general office upkeepWHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR:Excellent communication and organisation skillsExperience with accounting software ''Xero'', ''Dext'', or ''Employment Hero'' highly regarded, however not essentialExperience with IT and Microsoft Office systemsProven high level attention to detail and accuracy, with the demonstrated ability to research, think analytically and plan work with proven problem-solving skills and the ability to apply knowledge and experience to issues to develop potential options and recommendations for their resolutionExperience in a payroll would be highly regarded however not essentialA high standard of customer service skillsREQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT:To be successful you will need:A current NSW Working with Children Check or be eligible to obtain.A current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check or be willing to obtain.First Aid in an Education and Care Setting, or willingness to obtain.Child Protection Training, or willingness to obtain.To be an Australian Resident or equivalent or holder of a visa allowing permanent employment in Australia.CHILD SAFETY:As a Child Safe organisation, we are committed to child safety and have a zero-tolerance policy towards child abuse.
