Overview Role: Mental Health Social Worker - Mental Health & Wellbeing Local at Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH). Were one of the regions most high-profile health and support service providers with more than 500 staff, 300 volunteers, and an annual budget in excess of $50 million. Salary & Hours Between $88,392 and $110,480 (pro-rata) per annum, plus superannuation Part time 48 hours per fortnight Work within a skilled and experienced multi-disciplinary team About The Role The Mental Health Social Worker employed by Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) will provide services to the East Gippsland Mental Health and Wellbeing Local. You will provide support services to people experiencing mental illness, with the goal of improving outcomes for participants, carers, and the wider community. Skills & Experience Have a relevant tertiary qualification within the social services field i.e. Bachelor of Social Work. Experience working with individuals and families to create care plans, provide referrals, risk assessment & safety planning, education and recovery-focused support. Collaborate with services and stakeholders, strengthen interagency partnerships, and deliver flexible outreach support.
