Overview Exciting leadership opportunity as senior member of the HR team in a business enjoying strong growth in civil construction and manufacturing sectors across Australia. Looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can provide strong support to the Group HR Manager and business leaders across the group. This role is based south of the river and has attractive remuneration commensurate with the importance of the role. Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: Providing high-level advice on organisational policies, award interpretation, and HR best practices Managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion Leading change management initiatives across the Group Conducting workplace investigations and delivering clear, actionable recommendations Supporting performance review processes, including probation assessments and performance improvement plans Mentoring HR team members on employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) topics Overseeing injury management processes, including return-to-work coordination and compliance with workers compensation obligations Occasionally attending our Osborne Park or Cowaramup offices (travel is rare but may be required) What Youll Bring This is not an entry-level position. Were looking for someone with proven experience and a strong foundation in HR legislation and practice, especially within a blue-collar environment. Essential qualifications and skills Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Demonstrated experience working with a large blue-collar workforce, ideally within the civil construction or infrastructure sectors Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and other relevant legislation Solid knowledge of the Building and Construction General On-site Award Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate integrity Proficiency in HRIS platforms (preferably Employment Hero) and Microsoft Office Suite Current and valid Western Australian drivers license How to apply Please apply through the platform.
