Youll assist customers with transactions, educate them about online platforms, and recommend products and services that suit their needs, making a difference in peoples lives.ResponsibilitiesExploring customers needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partnering with different specialists within the branchSupporting customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offeringsBeing the face of the branch and customer service, handling transactions, cash, queries, and paperwork with risk considerations at the forefrontEngaging in on-the-job training and external development opportunities to grow your careerBuilding connections by supporting customers, giving back to the community, and contributing to a positive work environmentLocation and hoursThis is a Permanent, Part-time position located in Echuca. The roster is 60 hours per fortnight.Roster details:Monday - 8.45am to 5.15pmTuesday - 8.45am to 5.15pmThursday - 8.45am to 5.15pmFriday - 8.45am to 5.15pmWhat youll bring to the roleTo succeed in this role, youll consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
