Overview Accor Perth, Western Australia, Australia Novotel Perth Langley is part of the Accor Hotels network and is located in close proximity to the Perth CBD with sensational views of the Swan River. The hotel has 256 guest rooms and operates the full suite of Food & Beverage products including all day dining, room service, conferencing and Perths Original Irish Pub. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and service-driven professional to join our Front Office Team as a Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor on a part-time basis. Responsibilities Delivering service excellence, from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between. Acting as the first point of contact for guests and visitors. Handling a wide variety of front office tasks, from selling the hotels facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts. Providing passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both external and internal guests at all times. Answering all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standards. Reconciling cashier floats at the completion of each shift. Ensuring non-members are informed about the benefits of ALL Accor Live Limitless and assisting with enrolments. Assisting guests with their requests promptly and professionally. Performing night audit duties, including balancing the days transactions, preparing financial and operational reports, and ensuring accuracy of guest accounts. Overseeing the hotels operations overnight, ensuring safety, security, and service standards are maintained. Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment. Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and, ideally, Opera PMS. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues. Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation. A natural ability to delight guests with authentic service, setting you apart from the rest. A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. Flexibility to work evening, overnight, weekends, and public holiday shifts as required.
