Youll travel occasionally, maybe once a month to meet clients face-to-face for kick-off meetings and key milestones, but most time will be spent at the office in Berkeley Vale, managing relationships remotely, solving problems before they escalate, and keeping projects in the green.ResponsibilitiesOwn projects from start to finish. Ensure designs are signed off, approvals happen on time, and schedules stay on track.Manage budgets, keep production on schedule, and handle variations without drama.Coordinate across 3-4 projects during the design phase and then move them into production where the heavy lifting happens.About youYoure someone who knows how to keep projects moving, people aligned, and clients happy.Youve managed projects end-to-end before, ideally in manufacturing or construction, and youre comfortable juggling timelines, budgets, and stakeholders without breaking a sweat.Your customer focus and communication are what set you apart. You understand contracts and what they mean in practice. You know how to spot issues early, resolve them quickly, and keep everyone focused on the goal.Youre not afraid of technology and youve worked with systems like ERP or project management tools before, but youre not buried in them.You like being the linchpinthe person everyone relies on to keep projects on track. If youve got experience coordinating stakeholders, handling client queries, and managing multiple projects at once, youll fit right in.Formal Project Management credentials like PMBOK or Prince2 would be great, but theyre not a deal-breaker.
