OverviewGroundwater Modelling Virtual Team Leader at SLR Consulting. This role leads our national Groundwater Modelling team (virtual team of 11 across Brisbane, Melbourne and Wollongong) and collaborates with state-based groundwater and surface water team leaders to deliver solutions for clients. The role works with the Technical Discipline Manager (TDM) and Hydrogeology Technical Directors to implement the business plan aligned with our global priorities.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the national Groundwater Modelling team as a virtual team across multiple offices.Collaborate with state-based groundwater and surface water team leaders to deliver client solutions.Work with the Technical Discipline Manager and Hydrogeology Technical Directors to implement the business plan focused on expanding and enhancing core services, investing in emerging areas, and validating future opportunities.Contribute to a strong backlog and pipeline of work through technical excellence, practical solutions and strong client relationships.Engage with other SLR teams and sectors to deliver multidisciplinary projects where needed.Our Team and EnvironmentOur APAC Hydrology and Hydrogeology team is one of the largest in SLR Australia, enabling growth and expansion of core business.
