Overview Troocoo are partnering with a growing travel organisation based near Brisbane Airport to recruit two Procurement Officers on a full-time, permanent basis. The roles are on site, five days per week. Location: Strathpine, Queensland, Australia. Procurement Officer - Repair & Sales Join Troocoo for the Procurement Officer - Repair & Sales role. Responsibilities Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure alignment. Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing with existing, pre-approved suppliers. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information. Prepare and issue purchase orders to approved vendors. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability. Assist in resolving procurement-related issues or discrepancies with suppliers. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience within a Purchasing or Procurement position. Experience in purchasing engineering, mechanical-related parts and components is highly desirable. Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Team player with effective relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Must be able to be on-site 5-days per week.
