Overview Lead Our Team of Dynamic Educators and Shape the Future of Early Childhood Education. We are looking for a driven, high-energy people leader to join our close-knit team of Centre Managers on the Central Coast. In this role, you will drive high quality care, financial sustainability, compliance, and growth across the service while leading six key areas: quality, compliance, occupancy, debt, rostering, and people development. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety policies and escalate/report serious incidents promptly. Oversee complete day-to-day running of the service, providing top quality care and education throughout 3 key developmental milestones Become the key touch stone for our existing families, handling feedback and customer satisfaction Collaborate with Quality Advisors to meet/exceed National Quality Standards, uphold cleanliness and safety, and address serious service issues. Lead occupancy growth, workforce management, and employee development including recruitment, training, performance, and retention. About you / Qualifications Proven experience as a Centre Manager in early childhood education, with large service experience desirable. Diploma in Childrens Services, or equivalent qualification. Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework. Strong leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
