We are renowned to our customers for providing quality products and to our Team Members, we are known for creating an enjoyable and supportive working culture.ResponsibilitiesProvide genuine and meaningful customer service experiences for our customers.Be results oriented and enjoy selling.Work productively in a fast-paced and energetic retail environment.Demonstrate good attention to detail and assist with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are refreshed.Work across the store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2025.What you will be doingOffering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires, at the busiest time of the year.Completing tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.Carrying out operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.Why you should work with usAdults earn a base weekday hourly rate (including casual loading) of $33.31 plus applicable penalties for weekends and late nights.Generous staff discounts across our wide range of products.The opportunity to be part of a dynamic performance-based family culture.Ongoing opportunities may be available for proven candidates.Additional informationAre you ready to add a little sparkle to your Christmas?
