Base pay range A$86,000.00/yr - A$95,000.00/yr Role details Position: Audio-Visual Support Officer Team: Technology Services Agency: City of Moreton Bay Council Responsibilities Respond to and manage AV support requests. Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues on-site. Design, configure, and support AV systems for meetings, MS Teams rooms, and Council events. Manage AV equipment lifecycle and procurement. Collaborate on Council projects and events to deliver seamless AV services. Maintain accurate ICT asset records and documentation. Engage with external AV vendors and work within budget requirements. Review and improve AV-related procedures and processes. About you You will be a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively and provides high-quality support. With a strong foundation in Audio-Visual systems and technical support, you will have a customer-focused mindset and be ready to take ownership of technical challenges. Qualifications and requirements Proven experience in audio-visual operations and technical support. Current C Class Drivers Licence (travel to sites required when necessary). Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including switches, routers, patching, DHCP and VPN. Strong computer literacy, including OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Apple OS. Good understanding of AV principles and hands-on troubleshooting skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with users and vendors.
