They pride themselves on providing specialised and quality service to clients in the resource, energy, infrastructure & mining industries.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with proposal coordination in preparing and driving the end-to-end proposal plan and timeline to ensure all key milestones are adhered toSupporting day-to-day tendering tasks including master document creation, customization of submission documentation, and resources database managementCoordinating tender deliverables and developing tender delivery timelines, deliverables matrix and tender templatesDocument management including management of all received electronic documentation and correspondence within the tendering inboxTender drafting, graphic creation and final formattingPre-bid activities - completing pre-qualifications & expressions of interestMaintaining accurate records of submitted tenders and post tender notificationQualificationsPrevious experience as a Tender/Bid/Proposals CoordinatorIntermediate to Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent attention to detail - document formatting, editing, copywriting and proof-readingExcellent organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPlanning, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong team player with the ability to multitaskFlexibility, able to adapt to changes in the businessFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processesAbout usZeal Resources is a leading labour hire and recruitment company, operated by industry professionals with extensive experience who understand the unique demands of their clients.
