About the program Join to apply for the 2026 Livestock Career Development Program - Gawler SA role at Nutrien Ag Solutions - Australia. Based at our Gawler branch, the 2026 Livestock Career Development Program will provide the skills and training you need to be a future leader or technical expert within the Livestock industry. The program is designed for top talent to gain valuable experience in all aspects of the Livestock activity while completing an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing. During the 24-month program (roles are all permanent), all Livestock Trainees will participate in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on-the-ground training, and have mentors assigned to provide ongoing support. Youll have the opportunity to work in both saleyard and branch environments, learning effective selling and relationship-building techniques under the guidance of experienced livestock employees and leaders. In addition, you will demonstrate: Successful completion of Year 12 Minimum 24 months experience within the Agricultural industry, ideally within Livestock Willingness to relocate during or at the conclusion of the program Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident temporary visa holders are not eligible Vaccination; willing to receive the Q Fever vaccination Ability to work in a team environment Willingness to learn, strong communication, problem-solving skills and leadership potential Genuine interest in and commitment to the Livestock Industry Program timeline and start Successful applicants will be offered a position in November to commence the role in February 2026.
