Youll also play a key role in coordinating our Scholarship Program and supporting emerging talent initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate communications to support recruitment processesManage recruitment systems, data integrity, and documentation including reports and assessmentsSupport onboarding activities and liaise with candidates regarding pre-employment requirementsInitiate and manage background checks, medicals, and psychometric testingMaintain the careers inbox and publish job ads across internal and external platformsEnsure compliance with recruitment policies and operational standardsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment supportContribute to HR data analytics and insights to enhance employee engagementCoordinate the Scholarship Program, including candidate communications, application tracking, and stakeholder supportAbout You24 years experience in talent acquisition coordination or recruitment administrationStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systemsExcellent time management, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsA team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for supporting people initiativesAll applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in Australia.We are an organisation driven by our mission and values.
