The future of work is here, and its at Cresta.About the roleAs a Strategic Sales Director you will focus on some of the largest companies in Australia, working on big strategic deals that will change the trajectory of the company. Youll identify and articulate how Cresta can unlock significant value for our customers, build relationships with key executives, and evangelize cutting edge AI technology. As an early member of a growing startup, youll help define our sales process, participate in regional expansion strategy, and help build the APAC region.ResponsibilitiesOwn the sales experience while building and managing relationships with key decision-makers and executivesRun complex sales cycles from initial contact to closeProspect for new clients, design product presentations and business cases, develop and deliver proposals, negotiate and close contractsDevelop a command of the Cresta product, the contact center market, our unique differentiators, and our customers needsPartner closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Engineering to deliver an exceptional customer experienceHit your numberQualifications We Value7+ years of SaaS software sales experience at an enterprise levelExperience negotiating, structuring and executing complex enterprise-level agreementsPrior experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal close processesAbility to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executivesExcellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executivesAbility to travel up to 25%We offer Cresta employees a variety of medical benefits designed to fit your stage of lifeFlexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blendPaid parental leave to support you and your familyCompensationCompensation for this position includes a base salary, variable (OTE), equity, and a variety of benefits.
