Overseeing a team of passionate and high performing Sales Managers and Brand Marketing Managers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy across the group.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and inspire a team of Sales and Marketing leaders across multiple brandsDrive sales growth and market share through effective strategy and executionOversee brand and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Drive the strategy for customer-focused initiatives from digital engagement and messaging through to in-display and sales journey experiences.Strengthen and manage relationships with developers and external partnersMonitor and optimise sales performance, customer experience, and marketing ROIContribute to executive leadership and business-wide strategic decision-makingAbout YouWe are seeking an accomplished sales and marketing business leader with proven experience in residential volume home building.
