You will act as the primary liaison between Banking and Financial Services, Treasury stakeholders and technical platform teams, ensuring clear communication and delivery of solutions that meet business objectives. Additionally, you will conduct impact assessments, plan and manage project deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, contributing to broader Banking and Financial Services initiatives.What you offer7+ years of experience as a business analyst in banking and financial services, with a strong understanding of regulatory projects in the financial sectorExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams at all levelsFamiliarity with agile methodologies, with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement and data-driven decision-makingExperience in requirements elicitation, data analysis, user story documentation, and process mappingOutstanding attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
