Our brand-new Burwood East Centre is opening soon, and were on the lookout for dedicated and dynamic Lead Educators to join our team! We are seeking passionate and experienced lead educators to join our team. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development: Create and deliver engaging programs and experiences tailored to the developmental needs and interests of children in line with the EYLF. Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning. Programming and Planning: Documenting childrens learning and development in line with the EYLF and National Quality Framework. Family Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with families through effective communication. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and centre management to ensure a harmonious, collaborative work environment and contribute to the overall success of the centre. Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment in compliance with relevant regulations, National Quality Framework and Village Early Educations policies. Qualifications & Experience Education: Diploma level qualification in Education and Care Working with Children''s Check: Employee status Experience: Desirable 1 year experience in a lead educator role. Skills: Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Attributes: Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for fostering young childrens growth and development.
